Reach & Wash System with Heated Ultra-Pure Water, all from the Van
Our vans are all equipped with advanced Reach & Wash Systems, allowing us to clean windows in Newark up to 65ft high while safely working from the ground—eliminating the need for ladders or scaffolding.
We use only Heated Ultra-Pure Water, which effectively breaks down dirt, grime, and residue without the use of harsh chemicals. This ultra-purified water is produced through a high-grade filtration process using RO membranes and de-ionisation vessels, then pumped through telescopic poles with specialist brush heads for a deep, streak-free clean.
One of the key benefits of pure water cleaning is it’s chemical free and offers fast drying time, even in colder weather, meaning your windows dry clear and spotless in no time.
All water and power are supplied directly from our van—all we need is access to your property, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Regular window cleaning is the best way to keep your windows sparkling, but it is entirely up to you how regularly we come to clean them. Most of our customers have us clean their windows every 4 weeks, or you can join our 8 weekly clean.
What happens if you don’t clean your windows?
It doesn’t take a lot for windows to start looking dirty. Not cleaning them can mean you don’t enjoy as much natural light in your home, while your house itself doesn’t have as much curb appeal.Â
It’s also worth remembering that windows are exposed to the elements at all times, which means they are subjected to things that can cause the glass to degrade over time. This includes sea spray, oxidisation and acid rain.Â
Regular cleaning will help stop the glass from becoming more porous and weakening. It will also help the heat efficiency of the glass, which is especially important during winter.
What is the best way to clean outside windows?
We use advanced window cleaning techniques, as well as traditional cleaning methods, depending on what will get the best results. Most of the time, we use our isothermal pure water cleaning system to deliver a streak-free finish.Â
We don’t suggest using a pressure washer as this can cause damage to the glass, as well as surrounding parts of your property – such as gutters, fascias and soffits.
How do you clean unreachable windows?
When possible, we clean all the windows we can from the ground. Our equipment enables us to clean windows up to 65 feet high with our feet firmly planted on the ground. This includes Velux roof windows too!
What is included with window cleaning?
Our window cleaning services will leave the external glass, frames and sills of your windows lovely and clean. However, we also offer Gutter Cleaning, Conservatory Cleans and Soffit & Fascia Cleaning if you need more than your windows doing.Â
We can build the perfect exterior home clean package for you, which can include windows, fascias, gutters, roofs, render, patios and more.
What is the best time of year to wash windows?
Really, any time of year is a good time to have your windows cleaned. Regular cleaning is the best way to keep them looking good and to look after your windows. While spring is known as a good time for most cleaning, winter, summer and autumn can all leave your windows looking grimy.
